Pre-registration will close on 13th October. After 13th October, the registration fee will be changed to an after-registration fee.
Please be noted that no registration can be made on 14th October(JST).

*Resident, Trainee, Non-Physician and Student are required to submit a certificate or a letter from supervisor/supervising professor confirming their status to the registration desk.
***Technologist, Engineer, Ablation business manager, Ablation administrator, Nurse/Nurse practitioner, Educator, Architect, Government Employee (non-physician), Information technology/System support, Telemedicine/Communications specialist.
Entitlement
Registration fee for Participant:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to Exhibition
- Program book and conference kit for on-site participant, e-Program for web participant
Payment
- All payments are to be made in Japanese yen.
- We only accept the payment by a credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB).
Receipt and Certificate of participant
- Receipt will be issued at the registration counter after payment.
- Certificate of participation for online (web) participant will be issued at the virtual conference site on the day of the conference.
- Certificate of participation for on-site (local) participant will be handed in at the venue on the day of the conference.
Cancellation
- If you would like to cancel your participation to ACTA 2021 TOKYO, please inform ACTA 2021 Secretariat by sending E-Mail to acta2021@convention.co.jp
- No refund will be made on your cancellation.
